Water is a chemical substance which is an important source of living for all forms of life. The water constitutes of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom bonded together. It is accessible in liquid, solid and gaseous state.

Clean and fresh drinking water is essential to human and other life. Hence this water needs to be stored in water tanks. These water tanks are usually made up of plastic material. Earlier metal water tanks were used.

As these metal tanks could not withstand all the seasons and was not chemical resistant it was replaced by plastic water tanks. These water tanks are placed on the top of the house so that water can be supplied to everywhere.

As it is established in the top it is necessary to make sure that that water is flowing continuously without any hindrances. Hence a plumber is required to join all the pipes to the main water tank. If not joint properly then there will be unnecessary loss of water. This should also be taken into account that there is no leakage in the pipes.

By the help of plumber these water tanks needs to be cleaned every three months as it is used for drinking purposes. When the water level is low then only the tank should be cleaned or else cleaning a full tank will waste the whole water.

It would be wise if one goes to buy a water tank from a dealer. He/She will get in cheap price with good name and product. Usually water tanks are available in five hundred and one thousand liters of capacity storage.

It is always necessary to place the water tank in a clean area. So that infectious germs may not grow near to the tank. The surrounding of the tank must also be kept clean in every fifteen days. It is necessary to keep clean the area daily during rainy season.

Water is precious, so it needs to be preserved. Using the water unnecessarily should be avoided. Always use a plumber when there is a problem in the water flow. One should not poke his/her nose without knowing the exact reasons for the water flow or else he/she has to pay price for it.
